Our digitisation charge is a one-off fee that covers the process of converting your design into an embroidery file compatible with our machines. This setup ensures your artwork is ready for high-quality embroidery. Once your design has been digitised, it can be used for any future embroidery orders in the same size, so you won’t need to pay this fee again. Please note: if the size of the design needs to be changed, a new digitisation fee will apply, as resizing requires a new setup to ensure the design’s quality and accuracy.

Please note: if the size of the design needs to be changed, a new setup fee will apply, as resizing requires a new file preparation to maintain the design’s quality.
