Returns & Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on garments that have been personalised, as these items are custom-made and cannot be resold.
If you believe there is an issue with your personalised order due to a fault or error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check all details (e.g., sizes, designs, and spelling) before placing your order to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds are only available for non-personalised items that are returned in their original, unused condition within 7 days of receipt. For personalised items, we are unable to offer refunds unless the product is faulty or there has been an error on our part.
