These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods by you (the Customer or you). We are Ink Stitch Press Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 13154821. Our registered office is at 32 Clarence St, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS1 1BD, and our trading address is The Broadway, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 3HQ. By ordering any of the Goods from the TTB Mini-Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You are eligible to purchase Goods from the Website if you can enter into a legally binding contract under UK law.
The description of the Goods is as set out on the Website, and such descriptions are solely for illustrative purposes. Goods ordered from this section are based on pre-existing designs and are printed on demand at the time of order. These items are not held in stock and are classified as made-to-order under these terms.
We reserve the right to make changes to the Goods as necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement, and will notify you if these changes affect your order.
The Goods described on our website constitute a contractual offer to sell. We may reject this offer for any reason, even after an Order Confirmation has been sent, and will endeavour to notify you promptly of such rejection.
The ordering process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. A contract will only be formed upon our sending you an Order Confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and to inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
You may withdraw your order by telling us before the Contract is made, without incurring any liability. After the Contract is made, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, unless the Goods are made-to-order or clearly personalised.
Items purchased from the TTB Mini-Shop are considered made-to-order and are exempt from the standard return policy, except where they are faulty. Faulty items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, but only after obtaining a return authorisation from us.
Requesting Authorisation: Contact us at enquiries@inkstitchpress.co.uk to request a return authorisation. Include your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the return.
Receiving a Return Code: If the return is authorized, you will receive a return code and detailed instructions on how to return the goods.
Mandatory Shipping Method: You are required to return the goods via a guaranteed signed-for delivery service to ensure the parcel is tracked and received. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
If you validly cancel an order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, within 14 days after the day we receive the returned Goods. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling by you.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, or where you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, to the courts therein. We handle complaints efficiently: please contact us, and we will attempt to resolve any issues within 5 days of notification.
